Hi, I'm Kristy!

I was born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota, where I was always eager to try something new. From violin and clarinet to dance, tennis, figure skating, and cross-country running, I loved staying active. I'm pretty sure I kept my parents on their toes with my endless list of hobbies and activities!

Today, I'm married to my best friend, a proud mom to two amazing daughters, and dog mom to one energetic Goldendoodle who keeps life interesting. When I'm not training clients, you'll usually find me camping, spending time on the water, gardening, running, or snowboarding. I love being outdoors and making the most of every season.
